Still not sure on the start date for the new semester! School starts January 10th. I will be gone the following week (Jan 17-21st) ...soaking up the sun in the Caribbean! :)
At the latest I think classes will start Jan 24th!

SPRING BOOTCAMP

Hey everyone, get signed up now for Spring Bootcamp. (Starting January 2011) Gotta get that back in shape after the holidays! This is the BEST way to do it.
Bootcamp will be Mondays 530-630! Perfect time... some sessions will last 2 hours and we'll add in some Saturday sessions as well.
Buy a punch pass for 5, 10, or 15 punches to be used throughout the semester at you're convenience.
I'm only allowing a limited number of people to attend Bootcamp, get signed up now to reserve your spot!
Punch Pass Prices
$30......5 punches
$50......10 punches

Bootcamp is PERSONAL TRAINING, tailored to you. Intense, fun workouts that will help you see results! You cannot get a better price for personal training! The typical cost for personal training is $15-$50+ per 30 MINUTES. My Bootcamp sessions are 60 minutes each and start at just $4.  I have access to a huge variety or equipment and I'm experienced in a variety of workout styles, techniques and philosophies.
I'm AFFA Certified in Primary Group Exercise (6 years) and have been doing Bootcamps for 4 years.
In addition to my free classes I teach here at SUU, Bootcamp is something you need to do! My free classes are fun... and who can beat a free class? But its easy to decide not to come. You dont have any commitments to doing it. You're not paying for the class... and you're not getting school credit for coming. Its easy to loose motivation as the semester gets busier.
Attending Bootcamp will create a commitment. You've paid to be there. You're workout becomes something you value. And there are people expecting you. Its always easier to workout when you have a friend doing it with you... expecting you to be there. I promise you'll get more out of your workout if you do Bootcamp!! There are lots of reasons to do it... so get signed up!

The semester is coming to an END. Can you believe it? Only 3 weeks left of my classes.
My last week teaching this semester is the week of Thanksgiving. I'll be there as long as the building is open. (Monday for sure, and possibly Tuesday.)
I will not teach the week after Thanksgiving, or the week of finals!!

FALL Fitness Bootcamp!

Hey guys... hope your summer is going great! (Mine is!) Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on some changes coming Fall '10.
I'm doing a semester-long Fitness Bootcamp! ...and I'm really excited about it!!
Here's how it works:
At the beginning of the semester (or this summer) you buy a punch pass for 5, 10 or 15 bootcamp sessions. Throughout the semester I'll offer sessions and you can pick and choose when to attend, so it fits your schedule! I'll offer a total of 18-20 sessions on various days of the week, at various times. Since I'll offer more sessions than you have punches for, you wont have to worry about missing a few sessions! The Bootcamp calendar will be given to you along with your punch pass.
Punch passes are non-refundable and non-transferable and expire at the end of the semester. Basically, only you can use it, you only have fall semester to use all your punches, and its use them or loose them. I think using them should be simple with the varied session format. You should have no problem!
Whats it cost!?
5 punch pass: $30
10 punch pass: $50
15 punch pass: $70

What will the calendar look like?
Bootcamp will be offered TUESDAY 8-9pm
Bootcamp will also be offered Saturday mornings in 1 hr and 2 hr sessions. (1 punch per hour)
Additional Bootcamp sessions will be offered throughout the week, during the evening. Times subject to your availablity. I'm flexible and want to be there when you need me... I'll offer several weekday sessions that work best for those participating!

What is Bootcamp?
You know how much you love my classes. You'll love bootcamp too! Its more personal... more one on one... and so much more variety! We'll do everything from running, swimming, jump drills, hills, athletic training, weight training and plyometrics...to kickbox, resistance, cardiovascular weightloss, endurance and flexibility. It'll be intense! And it'll be fun! I'll also be available for questions on diet, weightloss, toning and weight management. Its personal training in a small group setting!
Other trainers and gyms in Cedar City offer Bootcamps and personal training from $8 per half hour-$50/hr. You wont find a better, more flexible offer.
Spaces are limited. I dont want our Bootcamp sessions to be crazy and over-filled (like my free classes are!) I'm limiting the number of participants so if you're interested... sign up fast!

Last Day

APRIL BOOTCAMP

....I'm way excited about this.... 
BOOTCAMP will be Saturdays in April! (Thanks for the great idea girls!)


Here's how it will work:
Bootcamp Dates: Sat April 3, 10, 17
Time: 9-11 am (most likely)
Cost: $25 if you pre-register OR $30 to register late
(normally the sessions are only 1 hour and cost $5. This time I'm discounting the session and making it twice as long.)
How to register: e mail me taylormadefitness@gmail.com, your name and phone #, and I'll send you the registration form. Get your registration to me by March 29th and its $25. After the 29th registration is $30.

fyi. The dates for Bootcamp are final. Plan on attending each session. There is no refund or make-ups for missed sessions.

I'm planning on adding more classes as I soon as I'm fully recovered. For now, we'll see how 2 classes go!
I'm also planning on alternating what I teach. Here are the classes:

Plyometrics
Body Pump
Kickbox

No 30 min Abs Lab for now. But dont worry, ALL the classes will have a good 15-20 minutes of core work. Each class will be intense and a lot of cardio... and, as always, plan on a total body workout.

I'm ready to start teaching... I'll just have to take it easy. But that doesn't mean I it'll be easy for you. Even though I cant workout at 100% doesn't mean I cant tell you guys what to do! :)
I'm just waiting on my boss to give me the aerobic room's availability. I e mailed him a few days ago. As soon as I hear back from him I'll post a schedule... and start teaching ASAP.
I'm thinking of teaching Monday around 4 pm and Tuesday around 8 pm.
As for the starting date... I'm ready to get going next week, but will have to wait until I hear back from my boss.
I've missed teaching and am excited to start classes.
Hopefully you guys will be ready to start too... I'm surprised I haven't heard much from anyone. Only a few people have asked me about this semester. (Hmmm?) So I'm hoping people are still interested in my classes!
Sorry for the delay... hopefully I'll hear from him SOON.
