Monday 5:15-6 Step/Body Pump and 6-6:45 Plyometrics
Tuesday 6:30-7 Abs and 7-8 Kickbox
and 8-9 BOOTCAMP* Must have a punch pass for this class
Wednesday 3:30-4 Abs
