SPRING '10
Monday 4-5pm
Tuesday 8-9pm

Classes start Monday, February 8th!

I'm planning on adding more classes as I soon as I'm fully recovered. For now, we'll see how 2 classes go!
I'm also planning on alternating what I teach. Here are the classes:

Plyometrics
Body Pump
Kickbox

No 30 min Abs Lab for now. But dont worry, ALL the classes will have a good 15-20 minutes of core work. Each class will be intense and a lot of cardio... and, as always, plan on a total body workout.

can't wait for you to get your abs classes back up and running I work on the days you have available now :( so get better quick so you can offer more times and classes!
