...About Me...

I graduated from SUU in December 2006. I've taught aerobics for 5 years. This is my sixth year with SUU. I love Cedar and I love teaching here! I've been married to my cute husband for 7 years and we have a sweet 3 yr old girl, Myla. My precious little boy, Tyce was born Dec '09.
I plan on teaching for SUU as long as Im around!
I got certified in Northern California with AFAA (Aerobics and fitness Association of America) in Primary Group Exercise. I've worked in California, Minnesota, Virginia, Texas and Utah... For a University, Private gym, Public Gym and as a Personal Trainer.
Teaching for SUU is my absolute favorite job -EVER!!
